ACCESS LIMITATIONS

Observations are limited to visible and reasonably accessible areas.

Fence & Gate Documentation Services does not move vehicles, stored materials, landscaping, equipment, structures, personal property, animals, or other obstructions.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all areas to be documented are fully unlocked, accessible, and cleared of obstructions prior to our arrival.

Hidden, buried, covered, concealed, obstructed, or inaccessible conditions are outside the scope of the service.

If access is restricted or obstructed upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled and subject to our standard late cancellation fee.

MEASUREMENTS

Measurements are obtained for documentation purposes only. They represent approximate field measurements and should not be relied upon for engineering, land surveying, construction, fabrication, permitting, legal, or property boundary determinations. We do not sell any of your personal information or property information with third parties.

ENGINEERING & CODE COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER

Code & Zoning: Fence & Gate Documentation Services does not evaluate or verify compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, HOA rules, or safety standards.
