CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Fence & Gate Documentation Services reserves appointment times specifically for each client. Scheduling payments help reserve service appointment times and support documentation preparation before the site visit.
CUSTOMER-REQUESTED CANCELLATIONS
For customer-requested cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time, the following cancellation fees will apply:
• Residential Property Cancellation Fee: $75
• Commercial, Industrial, and HOA Property Cancellation Fee: $150
Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be subject to cancellation fees.
COMPANY CANCELLATIONS
If Fence & Gate Documentation Services is unable to complete the scheduled documentation services, customer payments related to incomplete documentation services will be refunded.
No exceptions.
Fence & Gate Documentation Services is committed to honesty, fairness, and loyalty to the community it serves.
RESCHEDULING
Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when requesting appointment changes.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on appointment availability.
WEATHER AND SITE CONDITIONS
Fence & Gate Documentation Services may reschedule appointments when weather conditions, property access limitations, safety concerns, or other circumstances prevent completion of documentation services.
When services cannot be completed by Fence & Gate Documentation Services, customer payments related to incomplete documentation services will be refunded.
