CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Fence & Gate Documentation Services reserves dedicated appointment times for each client. Deposit payments secure your scheduled time and cover pre-site documentation preparation.

Client-Requested Cancellations

• More Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time are not subject to any cancellation fees.

• Within 24 Hours of Appointment: Cancellations requested within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur the following fees to cover route planning, scheduling adjustments, and administrative setup:

  • Residential Properties: $75 fee

  • Commercial, Industrial & HOA Properties: $150 fee
    

Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to adjust your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on calendar availability.

Site Access & Property Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all areas to be documented are accessible and fully unlocked prior to our arrival.

If our representative arrives on-site and cannot complete the service due to restricted access (e.g., locked gates, unannounced guard entries, or uncleared property obstructions), the appointment will be canceled and subject to the standard late cancellation fee ($75 residential / $150 commercial) to cover travel and reserved time.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Appointments may be rescheduled if severe weather conditions, unsafe environments, or unforeseen safety concerns prevent us from performing visual documentation safely.

If Fence & Gate Documentation Services must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to severe weather or company-initiated reasons, any payments collected for incomplete documentation services will be fully refunded.
