2. Add the estimated number of gates and any Liquid Penetrant Testing (DPT) services needed.
   
   

3. Review your estimated documentation pricing shown by the calculator.
   
   

4. Enter your contact information and property address in the booking form.
   
   

5. Click "Submit Estimate" to send the estimate directly to our email.

6. Your inspector will personally review your form and send a booking link via email soon after.

7. Finally, book your appointment with the link provided in your email. If you don't receive your link the same day, please email us at dox@fencedocumentation.com

   Residential Customers:

   • Select an available appointment time using the scheduling calendar.

   • Pay the $150 reservation payment to reserve the documentation appointment.

   • The $150 payment is applied toward the final report total.
     
     

   Commercial, HOA, and Multi-Property Customers:

   • Submit the project information form for review.

   • An official estimate and 50% reservation payment request will be sent before scheduling is confirmed.

   • The 50% reservation payment is applied toward the final report total.
     

   *Final pricing is based on actual measured fence footage, gate count, property conditions, and issues documented during the on-site documentation.
   

   *The remaining balance must be paid before the final condition report is delivered.
   

   *Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to cancellation fees. More info about cancellations on our Cancellation Policy page.
