Follow these simple steps to calculate your project cost and schedule your condition report:

1. Enter Total Footage: Input your estimated linear footage into the calculator below.
   

2. Add Gates & Specialty Services: Include the total number of gates and any required Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT).
   (For pricing, each independently hinged gate leaf counts as one gate. A double-drive gate features two leaves and is counted as two gates.)
   

3. Review Estimated Pricing: Your instant estimate will generate automatically.
   

4. Fill Out Property Details: Enter your contact details, property address, and approximate fence/gate age into the form.
   

5. Submit Your Estimate: Click "Submit Estimate" to send your project details directly to our team.

6. Your inspector will personally review your form and send a booking link via email soon after.

   Residential Clients:

   • Review Link: After submitting, you’ll receive an email with a direct booking link.
     

   • Select Schedule & Deposit: Choose an available time on our scheduling calendar and pay the $150 deposit to confirm your appointment.
     

   • Applied Deposit: The $150 deposit goes directly toward your final report total.
     
     

   Commercial, HOA, and Multi-Property Customers:

   • Review Form: Submit your project details for review by our documentation team.
     

   • Official Proposal: We will issue an official quote and a 50% reservation deposit request prior to schedule confirmation.
     

   • Applied Deposit: The 50% deposit goes directly toward your final report total.
     

   Important Terms & Policies

   • Final Measured Footage: Final pricing is confirmed on-site based on actual measured linear footage, gate counts, property access, and documented conditions.

   • Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid prior to the release and delivery of your final condition report.
